Seriously. We wrote up our offer last Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything. They spent the last 7 days trying to FIND the seller so he could agree to us submitting our offer to the bank. I have no idea if they ever actually got his signature (although that is the impression I got), but now we have to wait for the BANK. This is seriously, VERY frustrating…
