We didn’t get the house.  It’s fairly numbing to repeat the whole story again, so I’ll make it short… We were waiting for the sellers signature to submit our offer to the bank and apparently somewhere in the week that it took them to get a hold of the guy, someone else submitted an offer about $5000 higher than ours.  The End.  We’re back to scheduling more houses to look at, starting tonight at 6:30.  *Sigh*.

Last night Lena sent me some pictures of Nevaeh all cute and giggly.  It really made me smile.  She’s getting so big, so fast.  I haven’t seen her in like a month, so I’m missing all the “new” and cute stuff.

Isn’t she adorable?  :)

So, Quarterlies are running fairly smoothly this Quarter and I’m quite pleased.  I started them pretty early and have been filing them basically at the end of every day, so I won’t have to deal with filing 100+ documents and scramble to get them done all at once like a day before the 20th.  haha.  It’s nice to get them done and out of my mind so I don’t have to stress about them.  We’re still having troubles with the newer version of the software and it’s causing the EIN number on the client 941’s to be out of line.  That’s a problem :(.  We can’t run them like that, so we’re just waiting for them to fix that so we can get them done.  So, other than that, I’m almost done :).

The Biggest Loser Challenge #10 starts on April 22 (with Sparkpeople.com) and I decided I need to start it again.  Maybe it’ll help me stay on track.  House hunting has definitely thrown me off on my work out schedule, but I need to figure out a way to make it work again.  I feel much better in general when I work out regularly, but it’s hard to when as soon as I get off work, we run out to look at houses, then don’t get home ’til 9:00 and I’m too freaking exhausted to even consider working out.  Hopefully I can have enough will power to get back on track.

We’re going to look at a few more houses tonight.  I’m crossing my fingers fairly tightly that we’ll find the right house.  I’m so tired of looking and have already had enough frustration and disappointment to fuel my soul to give up completely.  I’m sure of one thing though; if/when we do finally get a house, it’ll feel like a WELL deserved treat after everything we’ve dealt with!

…I need a new phone.  I’ve had the Razr for so long, I can’t even envision having anything else.  I’ve had it for more than two years straight though and it’s still kickin’.  (Barely, but….. still)
